"My Wife and I visited last night, we were not aware this Restaurant had opened in Sylvania, and were delighted to find something different !We went the whole hog, and enjoyed 3 Courses.The Lobster and Cheese Souffle was very tasty as was the Chicken Pate. The Steak as a main was excellent and cooked perfectly, but the Chicken Coq au Vin could probably have had less clutter on the Plate, the Chicken itself was excellent as was the Garlic Mash.Sweets were also very good, the Peach Tart Tatin was very Peach, but the Peaches themselves tasted brilliant.Wine List could do with some tweaks, there really should be some Hunter Chardonnays and Shiraz, these varieties are Classics from this region.Both Rachael and Brad who looked after us were terrific, the Service was first class."

"The salt & pepper calamari is the best you will get. It is soft & tender yet retains it's integrity, which is surprisingly hard to achieve. Yet they have nailed it at this small local restaurant just off Tom Ugly's bridge. If calamari is your thing, then it is well worth making the trip to the shire to check it out. Overall the meals are quite reasonable and there is a good range of seafood. The staff are friendly and the service excellent."
