"We had a meal here on Thursday the 20th. Lovely food very friendly staff. Full covid plan in place. Staff extremely helpful in trying to find us a taxi. If in Ballina again would definitely go back"

"Positive is location and lovely staff. Negative is the pool area and dining area. Needs a major refurbishment. Dressing room was very dirty and overall it’s not up to standard. Rooms are fine. Food was only ok, had curry, was only just ok with horrible shop bought naan bread, shame when you think homemade naan bread can be done with 2 ingredients. Also I personally found the bar/dining area so cold and not inviting. The lighting is terrible. All in all. Very disappointing as it has huge potential. Even the entrance could do with a deep clean."

"We had such a lovely stay here last weekend, after doing the River Moy Swim. Booked a reasonably priced, one-night package, that included dinner and breakfast. All of the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel decor was lovely and the room was very clean and had a nice bay window overlooking the pretty gardens at the front. Dinner was very tasty, and breakfast had lots of options. Loved the leisure centre pool and facilities. This is a 3 star hotel, but was as good as some 4 star ones we've stayed in. Definitely recommend! Great stay :"
