"Awful service, came all the way from Italy (Venice) for this restaurant and was lucky it was a sunny day and were told we couldn’t eat and that the terrace was closed even though 20 people were sitting there and being served and we weren’t late or anything, they just couldn’t be bothered to serve us. Worst service I’ve ever experienced and my children cried in the car all the way back to Italy."

"They bake the frits and snacks in a separate pan in the kitchen. The Fritten and Gf Snacks are packaged separately. They're very sharp. Better call in advance so that they can warm up the pan. You've got frits and 'fuckles' and 'croquet' Mayonaise is also gluten-free."
