"We had to wait more than 15min just for the waiter to bring the menus and there were only 3 tables with people that had finished eating. We were told the kitchen was closed but they could serve toasts and wraps. We asked 2 toasts and 2 juices. Juices came quickly. Two simple ham and cheese toasts took 40min!!! I said I had to leave and they asked to wait couple more minutes and that was the moment they were putting the toasts in the toaster. I ended up asking to take the food in a box because I was late for an appointment. Unbelievable that I sat down at 3pm and got 2 toasts after 4pm…"
