"If you find yourself in Eugene, Oregon, Cornbread Cafe is a must try. They serve breakfast classics, salads, sandwiches, and a $16 BYOM which comes with an entree, two sides, and delicious jalapeño cornbread. I had the chik’n fried tempeh with gravy and enjoyed every bite. The crunchiness and spice of the breading is top notch, and the country gravy it came smothered in tastes just like my mom used to make it. No complaints about the sides either! The only issue we had was the cinnamon roll, which was so tough that I could barely chew it enough to swallow. However, I am sure that the baked goods are excellent early in the day— my mistake was ordering a cinnamon roll at 4 in the afternoon."

"We got take out from here after arriving into Eugene. I’ve never seen an all vegan Chinese before so was excited to try it out. I had the Sichuan Tofu and it was tasty. Would probably go back again if I was in the area"

"Her waffles are the original liars. I tried her when I visited Eugene. Your home roasted coffee is the best. Imagine wake up in downtown Eugene, go to this beautiful place and with absolutely amazing quality waffles and coffee. Oh, and the service was so great. I didn't get the name of the bearded guy on the switch. I definitely liked when they put some cream in a bottle and poured it into my coffee. It felt like home. Thank you. I had to order a second waffle because the first was not enough. This is my place to go when I'm in Eugene."
