"If you are looking for an amazing and safe resort experience where every restaurant has a gluten-free option, do not look further. I never felt interested with my celiac as I did here. Many options of restaurants (Mediterranean, traditional Costa Rican food, wine bar with tapas, Japanese with a Costa Rican flares) if not marked clearly on the menu, the server was very knowledge of the options I had. What is also the experience comfortable is that when booking a stay here they ask about allergies. When we made a reservation in all the restaurants they already knew to come to the table, I was gluten-free"

"TERRIBLE experience. Went there for a day pass and tried to get something to eat for dinner. Was told straight out by the manager that they could not accommodate me. I asked to speak with a chef to see if they could prepare even something just like grilled chicken and salad, but he blew off my request. We chose to leave and let him know (politely) and his response was “Perfect”....leaving my friend and I to need to go search for a food in our wet swimwear just before the Costa Rica COVID curfew. If you want to check out the hot springs, be prepared to not be able to eat here."
