"I’m not one to post negative reviews, but tonight you guys deserve 1 star, if that. I called to order a takeaway as I do every now and then. I was asked to hold, and waited 5 minutes. I realised they must have forgotten so I called again, was asked to hold again, and then got disconnected. But I really wanted a Grilld tonight, so I decided to order in person and wait at the restaurant. Waited 15 mins (completely fine! , drove home to eat my burger but sadly it was completely burned and inedible. Putting someone on hold when you’re busy is reasonable, but serving burned food is inexcusable. I used to be a regular, but I think it’s time to check the competition around the corner… looking at the latest reviews, I’m not the only unhappy customer. An apology and full refund would be appreciated."
