"Coffees are expensive, and the food is mediocre. They no longer have the local feeling that made them such a great place years ago. Nothing fresh, all the food has that McDonald's or fast food industrial vibe. Find and support a local shop if you can.Fresh locally made donuts made them worth going to. Now the boxed ones at the store look and taste better and they are awful."

"The atmosphere/layout a nice, clean, mid sized, friendly, family owned diner complete with counter seating. It's usually packed on the weekends (you will likely wait for a table, but it's worth it) which, honestly, speaks to the quality of food and service. My wife and I LOVE that almost everything on the menu is or can be made gluten free (she has celiac), INCLUDING THE EGGS BENEDICT, and I've never been able to finish an omelette... They're HUGE. We find the service to be a little slow which is, honestly, the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars but it's not a deal breaker by any means. 4/5 will patronize again."

"My wife and I had an anniversary dinner at Fuse Westford during a recent visit to New England. We had a very good experience overall. I made a reservation ahead of time by using the Contact Us link on Fuse's web site. We were seated immediately when we arrived. For cocktails, my wife had a cucumber vodka martini, and I had a Fall Old Fashioned drink special, which was good but a bit too sweet. For dinner, my wife had Lamb Sirloin (daily special) and I had the Braised Short Rib; both were very tasty, but the short rib was pretty fatty. We also had a bottle of Francis Coppola Cabernet with dinner, which we liked. Ryan provided very good service, and prices were pretty good. We would return to Fuse when we're back in the area."
