"Arrived and stood unacknowledged for 10 minutes (whilst the waitress stood next to us on her phone . A random man (who turned out to be another waiter/manager? physically pushed my bf out of the way to put menus on the desk at which point we asked whether there was a table. He said no then walked off. On his return circuit around the room, we then asked him how long it’d be he shrugged and said maybe 15 30 minutes. 5 minutes later he pointed at a table and told us to sit there. The table was covered in half drunk drinks and used napkins at this point we left and went and got KFC. Genuinely never experienced anything like it in my life. Avoid like the plague."
