"My husband, son and I went because it was close to our hotel and we had a wonderful experience. Maybe it helped that we both speak Spanish but we found the owner and waitstaff very helpful and friendly. My son and I both got different...pizzas and my husband had a pasta. Being from the states we don't often eat authentic Italian food, so I'm no expert, but I loved the stove and the consistency of the pasta. When I suggested we return again this evening, both my boys said sure!"

"We went for a family lunch yesterday. Chose the restaurant based on the good reviews. First of all, there was no available parking and I was sent on a wild goose chase by the parking attendant to find their 'other ' parking lot. I eventually turned around and paid for parking on the beach road. The restaurant itself was very nice. Simple decor, which I like. We sat at the table for seven that I had booked. After getting drinks and ordering our food, we waited about 20 minutes with no further service. Eventually, I asked if we could have some bread. We got one small bowl between seven of us. Then the starters turned up almost immediately. These were excellent. We shared three of the 'house ' fish platters. Two of our seven main courses came just as we were finishing the starters calamari. But none of the other mains or side dishes turned up for another ten minutes, by which time the calamari were cold. And even then, we were two main course dishes short. These came after another 10 minutes 20 minutes after the first main course dishes were served (and they had finished eating them by this time). The food was very, very good. It 's such a shame that the poor service let the restaurant down so badly. It was very busy (about ten tables of four or more) but there was only what appeared to be the owner and one waiter serving. It was obvious that they were way overstretched. I hope that this was just a blip and that the service is not always like that. I 'd be tempted to go back one day, just to see..."

"Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat and have to say this is one of the best authentic Italian restaurants I have experienced, food and service was excellent with very friendly staff who were helpful and polite. This restaurant is tucked away in a small unassuming lane a little further out of Central Aberdeen but if you want a good Italian meal I would recommend you book here. "The pizzeria was recommended to us along with some overpriced restaurants in the area so we were happy that the menu prices here were realistic - all pizzas were below €10 except the one with King Prawns, which we had to taste along with the others we ordered.All the pizzas were great. Both texture and taste were excellent. Add the good weather and the lovely outside garden, fresh beer on tap, and it was excellent. We went without a reservation, but were immediately welcomed.The only small improvement could be the Tiramisu which seemed to be missing the coffee taste we are used to. Otherwise a perfect meal, excellent service, good prices considering the beautiful surroundings. Definitely recommended."

"After four times by phone order for a pizza to pick up I had once happy and got a warm to hot pizza, but also because I did not meet with the specified 20min until picking up and was already after 10min. who should pick up his pizza, so let's go back to the house! the next disappointment I experienced in a mixed salmon with thunfish, the salat leaves were extremely large, the greeds were only contained three pieces, because they were so thick that sometimes 8-10 could have made out of it, paprika strips were contained in a total of five. dresses in salad, misdisplay! but what I find most embarrassing if I have to pay for an salad with thunfisch 8 euro, then I also expect that something more thunfish than just one tablespoon in the salat! all in all, I would say 15euro for cold pizza and an salad that was a kathastrophe, at least the taste of the pizza was a couple ok."
