"How has the staff got away with being so impolite after all the negative reviews received from customers, and for such a long time? Unfortunately my first ever negative experience in lovely Cannes. The staff was rude; the lady at the counter had a bad attitude, no eye contact, looking at her screen while barely answering questions in the most awkward way and the waiters the same, not helpful at all, indifferent, arrogant with no reason because the place was not busy. It gave me the impression they didn’t want any customers in and that the owners of the place don’t care much just because they benefit from their privilege location on the beach and a seasonal customer anyway."
