"Due to the location, the restaurant looks like it may be mid-tier. This is definitely a high tier restaurant.I've had beef broccoli, dumplings from them (traditional Chinese food), and two seafood bags from them. So, I've experienced both categories they offer- Chinese and Seafood; both are of high quality. The dumplings and beef broccoli tasted better than any Chinese restaurant around.The seafood tasted better than seafood I've had at Red Lobster, and the seasoning is immaculate.The service workers are incredibly kind and always checked in on us consistently and were patient with us; I felt like they really cared about us and our visit.Highly recommend!(Also, I'm a black woman, so don't feel any nervousness entering here"

"Bulkogi was hired to do an event in High Point. The truck was due to close at 1:55pm, and the truck workers made sure to let the event attendees know that they didn’t want to take orders, even though the attendees had no idea what the truck’s agreement was to work the event. The truck workers actually yelled at people waiting in line. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. The food was mediocre and the workers are jerks."

"Cracker Barrel on Hillsborough Road is short on cooks today. Nice and informative staff. I just ordered carry out and took my food as it was sealed. It’s a shortage of cook employees everywhere understood. However, I waited 45 minutes for this on a Mamas Breakfast. Half cooked bacon, only a knife as silverware, no pancake syrup and where’s the rest of my eggs??? 2 stars for the staff. Ok I went back as the Pancake syrup was missing too. I just want syrup as it was crowded. Mrs. patty apologized and gave me hot cakes again with syrup. It would take too long for the bacon eggs. Thanks Ms. Patty"

"Went for Sunday brunch, the restaurant was understaffed and everyone we interacted with seemed frazzled and in a rush. Asked multiple times for unsweet tea and got sweet every time. The host would not make eye contact and it took forever to be seated, although we had a reservation. The food saved the day—the shrimp Cobb salad was delicious. I would try again at a less busy time."
