"We had such a bad experience here. We unfortunately came in when there was an extremely large group with only 2 servers. We didn't get our drinks for 30 minutes and this was a business meeting. We were constantly looking for a server and all the attention was paid to the large crowd. They should have closed their doors for this party because we weren't the only ones who suffered. 2 servers and they acted as the host, server, and bar tender (the group ordered a ton of drinks! . In addition to all this they completely changed their menu and had only 10 items to chose from. Not one pasta was listed!!!! Huge disappointment. How can you have an Italian restaurant with no pasta? Sadly, I won't be using I Gatti for my business meetings anymore. Our lunch was 2 1/2 hours with no dessert or coffee."

"Was in Los Gatos for only 36 hours and ate here twice. It has a welcoming ambience with a laid back neighborhood vibe. The wine list was interesting and well curated and they had many options for healthy eating. The wait staff was endearing and accommodated requests to make sure that we had a perfect meal. It was everything we could have hoped for in a new town with no plan. Cheers Centove!"

"They are extremely slow in serving food. we got our first appetizer after an hour of placing order and main course after another hour. I don’t think I will ever visit this place again. While food was decent and had good portion sizes, getting a headache due to hunger is not worth it for me. You can do BYOB which is the only plus point. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5"

"Food was great, inspite of being out of what I initially wanted to order. It took a while to be served after ordering but they were very busy. Portions are huge and I took half of mine home. Pasta is fresh and cooked perfectly."
