"We chose this restaurant mainly because of its proximity to our accommodation and were very happy with the result. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before we left or maybe missed. service was excellent as the pasta we had linguine and...pesto and casarecce with artichokes. we also enjoyed special cocktails that were plentiful! "We ate here on a Summer Sunday evening. The five of us were immediately seated. The service was fast and pleasant. The space is bright, attractively decorated, and sufficiently comfortable. At the foot of the canal de l'Ourcq on the Quai de la Loire, the...restaurant is conveniently located near the Stalingrad Metro exit and the MK2 cinema. There's a simple dinner menu of appetizers, salads, main courses, and deserts, as well wines and draft beers. I liked my grilled eggplant and vegetarian salad. The salad and appetizer were enough for dinner, the salad offering a generous serving of baby greens, wakame, avocado, tomato, and fried tofu, dressed with a tamari concoction. My draft Kirin was cold and satisfying. The omnivores in the group had a similar salad with seafood tempura instead of tofu. We all were happy. This isn't fine Japanese dining. It's a bistro, after all, but the food was tasty and reasonably priced (13€ for my salad). I've had similar meals in Japan, so it was relatively authentic. Vegetarians beware. My wife's tofu appetizer had bonito flakes in the sauce. My tofu salad, however, did not."
