"Meltemi concentrates on fish dishes with an excellent level of creativity and taste. I have rarely seen such a fantastic composition of ingredients, not only a great dinner, but also wonderful inspiration if you like to cook fish yourself. We spent a great evening (big fish tarts) and I recommend Meltemi if you are looking for more quality. Prices are fine, considering the quality of fish and the efforts to prepare such large meals. Compliments, a number of dessert samples is served with the espresso. This is a great idea and let us return soon!"

"My partner is from Parma every time we're here, he'll take me to Tri Siochett. The salumi con torta fritta is amazon and I am addicted to her tortelli di zucca (pumpkin). The Zucca is seasonal and not always available, but they have more tortelli flavor (kitchen, potatoes or ham) and you can choose up to 3 flavors in the same dish. Definitely the best restaurant in Parma."
