"We likely had the best food here during our two weeks stay in Corsica. The composition was unique, the preparation delightful and the taste magic. Can heavily recommend it. The fish is also locally caught (non-industrially) and can thus be considered sustainable. We also enjoyed the seating right next to the sea with an elevated view over the beach."

"Of course the scenery is spectacular and Unesco prized. Of course this hotel is a legend! Once you step into the restaurant the experience is just awesome. The grand, historical dining room reminded me of some 1900 palaces on the French Riviera. The large bay...windows allow a stunning view! But the real experience is the gastronomy. We did not have much time because we had to catch a boat to Scandola so we limited ourselves to one main course. There it was, the Saint Pierre filet so light, so elaborate, so delicate with vegetable. Dessert was a remarkable maccaron with exotic fruits to die for. The young chef came to see us, this was our request because he and his assistant were talented and we wanted to say thank you. So one more time : THANK YOU"
