"DE (English below): We have visited Madame Tam in Aachen several times. The card is the same as Madame Tam in Burtscheid, but both the atmosphere and the dishes are quite different. Not better or worse, but different. On the second side of the menu are all vegan dishes. We like the selection of vegan dishes. Since we generally like spring rolls, we have always chosen them as an appetizer. From the main courts we have all tried once and are happy to be able to choose something else again and again. The vegetables still have a little bite and does not come boiled, so we like it very much. The compilations have also succeeded. We like to come back, because the dishes are not only super tasty but also have the charm of a balanced diet with the many vegetables. We find a little pity that there is no vegan dessert. We like to find a good choice of vegan dishes. We always chose the springrolls, cause we love them. We tried all of the main dishes and can recommend them very well. We like it, if the vegetables aren’t overdone but are firm on the bite. We like the composition of the dishes best. We will be back. The dishes were tasty and we like the idea of having a well balanced nutrition. It is even a pitty that Madame Tam has no vegan desserts."
