"While I waited 45 minutes for 2 large iced French vanilla lattes.... the ONLY 3 employees in that place did a fantastic job. Drive thru was going crazy, mobile app orders like mine were rolling in and that doesn't even count the food delivery app orders coming in. They were stressed and very overwhelmed. But they handled it well and were trying there best. Only reason this review isn't getting 5 stars is because Dunkin as a company should be ashamed of themselves putting that much pressure on 3 people. Allow them to keep the inside closed and at the very least they wouldn't of had to worry about that. Good job to the 3 employees that showed up today. I appreciate yall and love my coffee, you each deserve a raise."

"My iced coffee is basically creamer every time. Every time I have to ask to have more coffee put in, and even still then I end up having to buy a black coffee to dilute it even more. And I like creamy coffee. But I don't want a little coffee with the creamer! ?Edit: they also got my order wrong. I don't eat bacon so I ended up having to throw away half my breakfast. The donuts requested, one was right the other was not. I don't think I'll be going back. Wasting my time and money at this point."
