"I am a Xiao Long Bao (XLB enthusiast. I ordered XLB only (take out ; thus my review is very limited. I have seen mixed reviews about their XLB from different review sources. Many people complained about the lack of juice and thick wrappers. So I did not have high expectations. Surprisingly, their XLBs were good. Yes, the amount of soup is small, but it's there enough to taste the deep flavor. Yes, the wrapper was thicker than those popular XLB places, but beautifully pleated and had no leak. Transfer to the container was carefully done, which I appreciated greatly. The meat texture is good, without any stringiness. It was smooth and tender and with a well rounded flavor. If it had a little more soup, and the skin was a bit thinner, it could participate in the best XLB competition (organized by me lol in GTA. Starting to feel winter in the air, I thought eating this XLB may be enjoyable on a cold day : The restaurant had a high ceiling with stylish decorations nice!"
