"This was my first time at this restaurant and it will be my last. Arrived on time for a 6:45 reservation. Waited 45 minutes with my elderly grandmother and three children for our reso- as I watched them seat table after table before us. We were finally seated (after having to speak to the manager) and ordered food and drinks. The waitress was great and the food was very good. Assumed the start to the meal was an anomaly and we were all enjoying. Fast forward to dessert. We ordered a cake for my 5 year olds birthday. They appeared to be doing a really nice sparkler song for the bdays and so we were excited to celebrate. 30 minutes later and we are still waiting for the dessert. By that point, the kids have had enough, the good mood has passed, and everyone is fed up waiting for dessert. The waitress was very nice- said the kitchen was just backed up, and that it wasn’t her fault. We understood, but at that point just wanted to leave. We asked for the bill and the waitress finally brought the cake- but missing was the sparkler, the birthday singing- extremely disappointing. Paid the bill, never got a copy. Asked for takeout containers, never even got a bag to put them in. Overall a very disappointing experience beginning to end. It’s clear this restaurant is very poorly run and we won’t be returning."
