"This is always a preferred choice of our when we go to Artis Naples. Dinner and then the show. Yesterday it looked like they had a staff problem. Everything seemed to be delayed. We ordered a flatbread appetizer and it wasn't good. Not enough mozzarella and the presentation was not good around like a pizza and the thin crust was so easy with very little cheese and no spices. We had a fantastic wedge salad made for the terrible appetizers. And dinner was very good."

"We had happy hour and an early dinner on the patio. The weather was nice. I had a pizza appetizer and lasagna for dinner. The food was very good but had cooled somewhat by the time it was served. Our server was nice but not really attentive or our party (4 people). The happy hour food is good and the pricing is a good deal. We had a good time and will probably return again for happy hour."

"Austin was our server and he was terrific! I had the shrimp/scallop risotto and it was quite good. It wasn’t too loud so we were able to converse without yelling at one another. The temperature and lighting were comfortable."

"They were hugely understaffed. 3 servers for a completely full restaurant. We were sat on time, given water, bread….30 minutes later finally asked for a drink order, 30 minutes later, nothing. In an hour our table was given bread and water and then nothing. The manager only went to tables that had food to ask how they were. Not to help the many tables who’s drinks were left melting at the bar. She literally wouldn’t make eye contact with us. After an hour, we left a $20 on the table and left. I truly think this is the last time we will be going back to Brio."

"Mel?s was great. We had their American Idol meal. An outstanding amount of food for the price point. Came with a milkshake, fries, onion rings, and a double cheeseburger with all the fixings!! The service was amazing, our server was incredibly friendly and quick! We will certainly be coming back! Check them out if you?re in the area!"
