"Vorweg: Geschmäcker sind ja bekanntlich verschieden. Das Lokal ist nett eingerichtet, etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber andere nennen es zeitlos! Der Service ist tadellos - stets aufmerksam und freundlich - da gibt es keinen Kritikpunkt. Es gibt ein überschaubares Menü. Geschmacklich konnte mich das Wiegner1872 nicht überzeugen. Zwei Vorspeisen und zwei Hauptgerichte - doch keines war dabei, dass eine Geschmacksexplosion auslöste. Nichts hat den Gaumen gekitzelt. Es fehlte an Raffinesse - leider auch an Optik und das bei allen bestellten Gerichten. Ein Kalbsteak mit Rosmarin Kartoffeln bekomme ich zuhause locker alleine hin - wahrscheinlich in ähnlicher optischer und geschmacklicher Qualität. Da helfen auch wohlklingenden italienische Namen der Karte nicht darüber hinweg! Sorry, so bleibt mir leider nur als Resümee: Wiegner0815 - zumindest für meinen Geschmack."
