"I never write reviews but this experience left us speechless.. We visited the restaurant as a group of two families with Am all children. We would have never came to this restaurant based on its poor reviews but as a group we...couldn’t find any free table in the neighborhood. It took minutes to take the orders. After minutes we received two plates for the adults and one kids menu, no drinks. minutes later the other main courses for the other adults arrived along with drink for the guests. minutes later we inquired about the status of the food for the other crying kids and the drinks for all except one. The waiter (spoke only Italian) was surprised, he had no idea about the order.. the two missing kids menu plain pasta with butter so nothing complicated arrived minutes later along with the drinks for the kids more than hour after entering the restaurant. The beers and wine for the parents never arrived but needles to say they were on the bill.. We haven’t seen any table where people were satisfied and didn’t have to ask for missing dishes. At least other guests had to pay a visit at the waiters to complain. A Real disaster, a real shame for Switzerland..."
