"We had dinner her last night in time for their pre 7PM specials. Latin board for 2 and the chefs board for 4 and all of us meet lovers were totally sated by the amount and variety and perfectly seasoned cuts of meat. The filet mignon and the linguica were absolutely the highlights. The tapas were the fried calamari (okay) and the mushrooms in sauces and pepper ors was Delicious. Social also provided a bottle of the house white which was pretty good as well. The sauted vegetables were a little overly seasoned but the rest of the appetizers were very good. Definitely worth a visit and if we were here longer would have definitely merited a repeat visit. There's always a next time. Our waiter was excellent spoke perfect English, totally patient and very very accommodating with our questions."

"Firstly arrived at 9 for reservation that had been made earlier in the day, had to wait 10 minutes while table cleared, brought to table and from here o. Service was poor, ordered water for table which had not come at end of starters, then ordered beer that I had to ask for again about 10 minutes later, then mains came out 2 of 4. A wait of 10 minutes before the other two came, while food was good, the original two were cold when we all started to eat. Spoke to the guy that appeared to be in charge when we finished our meal, he did in fairness offer apology but that was it! €92 for that kind of service is not good enough. We have been in Alvor for past 10 days and this is by far our worst experience, will not be Gotland definitely would not recommend."
