"Classified an Osteria (which in my limited experience is more of a rustic experience) this restaurant is a little more upmarket - the tier 2 offering of the sister restaurant at the other end of the 2nd floor in the strand arcade.You can go nuts with the menu and rack up a bill very quickly but you can also choose carefully to make it a great night out.I can recommend the pork gnocchi and the fungi risotto which were both great. The merengue cream did not have enough acid (there was only a whisk of the bitter marmalade around the plate to cut through the richness).Wine list is solid even if limited choice by the glass.The Strand is a gorgeous place for a restaurant.I would definitely go again."

"The restaurant is located in the City of Sydney RSL.We have eaten at this restaurant a couple of times and both times it was excellent.The last time there was a group of nine, we were meeting to arrange a cruise next year. We were seated in a long table near the window, when AJ, the host saw us he immediately asked if we would like to move to a large round table so we could all talk more easily. Nothing is a bother to him. There is a large selection of food at reasonable prices and being in a club drink prices are not too expensive.We have already booked for a return visit."

"The pizzas are average and the service is not the quickest. We ordered a jumbo pizza which is two pizzas with a side of salad or chips. The pumpkin pizza is delicious with its creamy Gorgonzola but the duck pizza is so-so. Our side of beer battered chips came out when we were almost halfway through the meal. Despite the delay, they were perfectly crispy and went well with the aioli served with it. We ordered a dessert but 20+ minutes after our plates were collected it still wasn't ready. We ended up cancelling it when we realized it would take much longer."

"In the lower level of regent place, this bar / restaurant was quite quiet during this lunch my friends and I started up for. water and menus were quickly brought to the table. service was efficient and friendly. there are some bargains that have their specificities during the midday. they are only $15 with some meal price normally for up to $29. we decided to have a pasta and share a pizza. "We had the $37.00 deal two courses and a glass of wine or beer. You could choose anything from the menu except for two of the expensive seafood dishes. It didn't matter there was heaps to keep any taste buds happy including prawns. I chose a main and dessert, my husband had an entree and main. The food was delicious and hot. The service was fast and friendly. It was so good we went back a second time. Highly recommended."
