"It's been 4 years since I've eaten at this Port of Subs, but every time I drive by it, I shudder in disgust. I made the mistake of purchasing food from here four years ago through the drive through. My wife had a fairly in-depth order, which really seemed to anger the employee at the drive-thru. When we arrived home, my wife started pulling the sandwich apart because it contained olives and other things she didn't want on it. One of the items on the sandwich was a bunch of short, curly black hairs, which I assumed to be pubic hair. My wife threw the sandwich away and I contacted the manager to complain. The manager called me a liar and claimed that his employees were under 24-hour surveillance and that they would never do something like that. Since the manager refused to address this and called me a liar, I can only assume this kind of practice is still going on at this location, which is why I haven't eaten there in four years. Go to the Port of Subs on keystone or McCarran if you want quality food and good service. You're likely to get some pubic hairs in your sandwich if you eat at this location."

"My family reserved a table before show for drinks and appetisers. We sat there for 1 hour and our appetisers never came!!!! I am still shocked! It took a good while for the cocktails to show up, but it was busy, we undertood and were patient, but the fact that the food never got served to us it totally unnacceptable. We didn 't complain, the waitress never even made an effort for an explanation. We sat there for exactly 1 hour and found a waitress ourselves and asked for a bill since we were not being served at all. The waitress mumbled sorry , took our money and we left in disbelief that this seriously just happened!!!! Advise: don 't go there!!!!"

"So, as always, I like to write a review of my first visit to a place. I was greeted by the manager and other employees as soon as I opened the door and entered. The ambiance is warm. laid-back and, of course a welcoming art deco flair. The prices are surprisingly affordable and in large portion. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken sandwich, and I had no clue it came with a side of tangerine salad. The sandwich was delicious, and yes, it comes in two reasonable pieces, so I had enough to take home. I award Carmen, Eduardo, Alejandro, Maria, Jaciel, Carolina, and Gina 5 stars for their outstanding VIP service in addition to the delectable cuisine and the cleanliness of the whole restaurant! 5 stars to the manager whom gave acknowledgment to all his team members when I had asked for who to thank. Therefore -THANK YOU TO THE URBAN CAFE TEAM; YOU ARE AMAZING! I will see you again very soon"
