"If it weren?t for the fact that the pizza is good, I wouldn?t give them any stars. To start, I tried to place my order online to make it easier, added my pizza to my cart for $26, but breadsticks is not an item that can be ordered online (as of today 4/18/22) so I had to call and place my order over the phone. Ordered the exact same pizza I had just built and the breadsticks. When I arrive, my total for the pizza alone is $32. I was quite surprised at the different prices from on their website. The manager said ?his hands are tied and there is NOTHING he can do? despite the fact that I explained, the only reason I called to place my order was due to the fact that they did not have breadsticks on the website. He continued to tell me he can?t do anything and I?m pretty much stuck. His lack of customer service is astounding. Since he just kept rolling his eyes at me. I highly doubt we will be ordering from them again. Maybe Garlic Jim?s or Odd Moe?s will have better customer service."

"GF Hawaiian pizza was great. I love their GF crust, its somewhat sweet? And thin. So good! Cesar salad nothing special but just what wanted. 1 star off because they forgot the carrot cake."

"There are many other GREAT pizzas that their customers and the money they spend there! Victor J's is operated by ignorant TRASH! I don't know who the people are working there (HAVE TO BE FAMILY, but it's obvious they're not afraid to lose their chicken *here paying points! I was the witness of one of their employees NAME-CALLING a paying customer?!?!?! They have this laborious ol’ hag that is tedious (for example, ignorance and stupidity with Glee! and dopey, it is easy to see why she works in a pizza salon at her age! This lady was so stupid/unknowing that she screamed to the customer (who btw had his wife and daughter with him over a man three children.... God bless their family and what they must go through life with this touch of flesh! The man was asked a question about a previous problem by an employee behind the counter and this seemingly VERY unhappy woman mute in EVERY time the man took a breath to answer the question.... it was shameful behavior of a woman who CLAIMED have three children! The woman was unnecessarily rude to the PAYING customer who was there to get his pizza. This lady winged insults and cursed the man she was raised in a trailer park....it was so embarrassing! It is amazing in the economy where we live today that small businesses STILL have no idea! Small companies especially NEED to treat their PAYING customers in respect! Word of mouth business is SO important for a small business to thrive and survive....you should remember this knit fabric! I will spend NIE my HARD EARNED money in this hole in the wall again and again and I suggest “YOU” either not if you are abused when you spend your HARD EARNED money!"
