"I ordered the chicken parm last night for delivery about an hour before closing. The food came at 2AM, their closing time. The chicken parm is supposed to come with garlic knots and salad, which mine did not. This happened to be the sole reason I ordered the pasta meal and not the sandwich. I tried calling but they were closed and I won't be able to reach them today as it is New Years day. I was going to call tomorrow but judging from some of these other reviews, stories of a rude manager, money not being refunded, and food not being replaced, I won't even bother. If they don't act right about people complaining when they get their food, I can just imagine what it would be like trying to call two days later. I will just chalk it up but I won't be ordering from here again. This is my third time ordering and the food isn't even that good. It's not worth sucky service."
