"Win this restaurant a chance despite its 3.4 reviews and thought the view would be nice. Does not value customer requests for a personal special occasion. Said to come back the following week to accept the request. Came on February 15 that is not even Valentine's Day, but they had a Valentine's menu that we understood. Our anniversary date is very important and requires a desert with a written “Happy Anniversary” to make the day of my partner special. I didn't want it to be free, I don't care if I had to pay more than the value. we did not appreciate the sarcasm that one of the workers had reacted to us. "If you want a bird, we'll get you a bird. But come next week”. Next week is no longer our anniversary. There is a reason why our reservation was especially on 15. If we knew that this was not included, we would have chosen another restaurant that better evaluates customers."
