"Using the app got us seated right away which was awesome. The server was very polite but she didn’t bring rolls out until after we were done with our salads They forgot one of our appetizers and brought it out with our meal We had asked twice for drinks to get refilled because our glasses were empty The food was great and the server was really sweet but it wasn’t fun waiting for everything Having been a server for many years I am extremely tolerant and understanding but this wasn’t just one thing it was multiple things. The drink refills were definitely in her control others I really have no idea if it was her or the kitchen but either way it wasn’t a great experience."

"I understand when food establishments are busy. We had been seated when it started dying down. Took way too long to get water. Took twice as long to receive our food. We decided to go with the endless shrimp special. It then took 1 1/2 hours for the server to come back to just forget our order (we are human people forget). Then came back to get our orders again. At this point, we were over it. Our experience tonight is going to deter our return to red lobster. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
