"We have put a big order for everyone at work tonight, and now they want you to put the desired sauce on the order, but they always screw it up. We didn't even ask for a diabelo, but what we got was not much. I even asked about the ride thru and they lied and said they followed the order. Pretty disappointing."

"I was so excited to eat here, but when my group of 11 came, we were treated very badly. I understand we're a big group, but there was no one here. when we wanted to order, a worker asked us to use the kiosk instead of taking our order. while we tried to find out the kiosk, all the workers were on their handys. I would give them zero stars if I could. terrible service! table is also dirty."

"They do not accept closing until 1 hour. I put my order there the app at 1150 clock, arrived at 12 clock (midnight) and they were closed. I called the load and the manager said I was just her, she was very rude. she said we had to refund the app and that she didn't know how, then hanged on us."

"Very dissatisfied with this place, I was charged for a big drink and they didn't even have big cups, I asked about herrra mist and she didn't mention that she didn't have it until I was in the window, and obviously because I was very hungry, I drove away. I did not check what they had given me, I had ordered 4 chalupa commos, each of them came with 2 chalupas and a bark taco, but I got 3 combos with their taco, and for the fourth combo, they contained only one chalupa, and to cover their fault, they contained an additional taco. at the end there were 7 chalupas and 5 barktacos. And that is not the end of the story, it seems as if the chalupas had a different kind of sauce, instead of the acid cream. my wife refused to eat it because she is allergic to certain sauces, mayonnaise-based, and she didn't want to risk any reaction. I tried to call the load number, and they didn't answer, I called 7 times, and I never got a answer. it seems like there is no manager in charge, very bad customer service."
