"This specific taco bell always gets my order wrong. They will charge for chicken but make the order with beef. They always leave something out that you ordered. I have never gotten a complete order from here. Sometimes I get something completely different than what I asked for in addition to some of the things that I did. It's usually not that busy, but you still wait in the drive thru for a while before they take your order. The pleasantries of staff depend on who is at the window, sometimes pleasant, sometimes straight up rude. The food is usually hot and tastes decent; if you don't mind that the ingredients don't match what you ordered."

"First time visiting, was a little iffy on coming due to reviews but I will definitely come back again since it’s close. Drive thru moved fast and very polite service. Seems like they are trying to work on giving their customers a better experience. My 12 pack was hardshell; no shells were broke and weren’t soggy. They also included the perfect amount of napkins and sauce."

"John was the one who took my order, very smooth and kind over the headset and got my order correct. Karlos took my payment and gave me the food, also very very kind and rather funny. They put me in a much better mood. The overall experience is 4 stars because when I opened the bag and got the taco (not even out of the parking lot yet) I was surprised to see how little was portioned into it, but rather found out when I was throwing the wrapper away, most of the taco contents had leaked out of the wrapper because it wasn't really folded in any *secure* way. All in all its tbell so you can't expect much, but John and Karlos were worth going and leaving a good search google review because they were awesome."
