"The slowest worst service ever! This whole device should be switched off. I came in and was the only person in the place and literally stood there for 20 minutes! Nobody even welcomed me or tried to take an order. At one point I just wanted to go back to see if someone was in the spot. I just went and decided to spend my money in Chick-fil-A, at least they appreciate it."

"The service is sucked in. only can order a kiosk. it took 7 minutes to get an order for a drink and 10 minutes to get it. I understand that the drive-thru service is even worse, which I can't possibly fathom! I will never visit this again, and probably no other taco bells since I had the exact same experience at a taco bell in orcala fl. the food is therefore bland and turns off from these superiors. very disappointed. taco bell use to eat my go to comfort"

"Not the worst Taco Bell a have been to but close. The lady taking my order had attitude. I had to repeat it multiple times. When I got my food it look like any d's been dropped or stepped on. The grilled stuffed burrito O was torn in some places and the feeling was squeezed out in others. And lastly the tortilla it was wrapped in was flaking apart and falling apart and tasted stale. The sign said grand opening, and if this is their grand opening service I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. Also witnessed the lady refilling the cup lids right after handling money without washing her hands and she was getting her hands all over those plastic lids. She wasn't handling by the edges she was handling them all over the place."

"By far the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Been here several times with extensive waits but tonight exceeded waiting. Waited over an hour for 2 items because they were in a hurry to get Doordarsh orders out before customers that were physically in the store. Refused to give refunds so had to wait or be out the money paid."

"I ordered two potato tacos, add black bean, no cheese . They gave me one(1) tortilla with lettuce and cheese in it. How even.Ordered a potato taco again Potato taco, no cheese, add black bean . Got a plane jane beef taco. They 're honestly so bad at this location, I question my sanity that I even know how to order a taco. Cause I 'm just baffled that someone can be this bad at putting potato in a tortilla. At this point I would HONESTLY 100% be impressed if they managed to stick an entire raw potato into a tortilla."
