"A Parisian friend led me to this somewhat out-of-the way restaurant. I'm not a pizza fan, but this is NOT pizza as you know it. The crust is thin and crisp, and the toppings were really interesting and delicious. You point to what you want at the counter and indicate how much. They cut it and heat it and bring it to your counter-type seat. If you are in the Marais or near Republique, make a point of finding this place with not a very bright sign on a side street. They also seem to do a brisk take-out business if that suits your needs."

"Nous avons découvert par hasard cet endroit charmant après une visite du musée Picasso et nous y sommes retournés 2 jours après car l'accueil est très sympa, le lieu reposant au premier étage et la nourriture faite sur place bien que simple n'en reste pas moins agréable et naturelle.Les jus de fruits sont délicieux et les tartes excellentes. Un lieu à retenir dans le style d'un salon de thé a prix correct (40 € pour 2 plats,1 café, une tarte)"

"We stopped here 3 times in a fortnight! On an evening and also at lunchtime. Good deal onion soup. Good deal on drink and sandwich. Also good value tasty pizzas. I loved the (herbed) bolognaise one!! Affligem beer is on draught, and a pint is reduced after 4pm! Seating under a plastic cover 'outside' or up stairs inside. However toliets are downstairs!"

"This is the place to stumble upon for an afternoon coffee and a Swedish cinnamon roll. You'll either get lucky with a table or end up seating on the steps of the Swedish Cultural Center. Doesn't matter - we still love it. Very democratic, as anything Swedish should be.Don't go around lunch time - the tartines are nice but the disappointment of having to wait for a table will kill the moment for you, especially if you are hungry.In the summer, they open up a cafe in the garden on the other side with a lot more seating options - including on a large green lawn."
