"WOW! Average experience turned GOOD! We came here last minute and weren't really sure about the place. Then we received an off glass of red wine and found it difficult explaining that to staff. By the end of the night everyone loved the food and the staff gave us complimentary dessert (Panna cotta) which was delicious. Also their Grilled Eel was THE BEST I've ever tried (not usually a fan of Eel). I recommend giving this hidden gem a go!"

"Came here with a bunch of friends to celebrate a birthday. We made an online booking and arrived on time in a big group. Greeted by friendly wait staff and advised us that we would need to wait about 10 minutes for our table to be ready (there was another family occupying our allocated table). We were shown to our tables and ordered our meals not too long after being seated. Our entrees came pretty promptly. We had the salt and pepper squid, melted raclette on baked potato with wood fired bread; fried polenta with sautéed mushrooms and truffle cream sauce; and the chilli mussels. The fried polenta was a but dry and chewy but the truffle cream sauce was delicious! <br>

For mains we had the spaghetti nero i seppia, linguine marinara, ravioli di porcini, ravioli dell'orto, chicken parmigiana, calzone inferno and Valtellina pizza. "We tried the endless hard here and it was disappointing to say the least. the meat and its paired sides came out to different and random times, which tasted 3 meats, as if they had been too long dry and chewing under the heat lamp. the pizza that should be a starter never came. I mentioned this on the theke after we had finished our meal, and the personal told us that it will be ready in three minutes if they simply don't lean back thank you, we had already finished our net. no discount or apology offered. the table next to us who came much later had revived their pizza while we started the main thing. never again."

"I thought I would give this place a try again after last time being sadly dissapointed. I won't be coming back. Only 2 other tables in the place yet our food was delayed, they are more interested in pumping out UBER orders than dine in customers. You realised the delay and gave us free miso doesn't really make up for it. The octopus was over cooked and way too chewy, the scallops were drowning in oil. Had to wait for a wait staff member even though there was no one to serve. Won't be back now after 2 disappointing meals."
