"At $18 for a personal pizza I went cynical. I have seen places like these in ATL, NYC, PHI, etc. and hated the idea of faux-industrial, hipster-centric opportunists who brought traditional neopolitical pizza at inflatable prices. I have the Francisco (prosciutto, arugula, parmesian). It was honestly one of the best wood fired pizzas I ever had. Many fresh arugula, the prosciutto was exactly the right thickness and the crust was charred still chew. Top 10 pizzas I've ever had. Worth the money."
