"Been going to the Station Hotel for years, can always guarantee a lovely meal, staff very friendly, the bar is very welcoming and entertaining at times too, always get a laugh with the locals. Food is amazing, varied menu also so caters to most tastes, plentiful portions and fantastic quality. Overall my absolute 100% place to go to for a meal or even just a sociable drink."

"Having decided to have a short break in Royal Deeside we chose this lovely hotel. on arrival the staff that greeted us were very welcoming and gave us all the information we required at this time. Our room [28] was on the second floor and unfortunately the lift was out of service. this wasn't an issue as we were able to carry our cases to the room. This may have been an issue for anyone who was less able. Our room was very clean and well appointed. Bathroom large and, again, very clean. All interactions with staff were very pleasant and informative. A staff members gave the impression that they thoroughly enjoyed working there. They told us that the hotel was under new management and that all previous staff had been kept on as employees. My wife had spoken to the new owner who had outlined the renovations they were going to be undertaking. The staff members said they were looking forward to being sent on courses to help them make the guests stay even more pleasurable. The food from breakfast to eating in the restaurant was very enjoyable experience. Food well cooked, presented with great service from the respective staff. I can safely say we shall be returning to see how the refurbishments have gone. Thank you all for a wonderful stay."

"On a rare day off, decided to take my aunt back to visit her home village along with my mum dad for a bit of lunch. Heard good things about The Grant Arms coffee shop. Tuesday was a good day to go with OAP lunch special of soup/sandwich/ tea or coffee which both my aunt and dad had and thoroughly enjoyed. A good size helping for OAPs. My mum enjoyed her home made scone and cuppa, while I had a tuna melt toastie made on lovely bread. I followed this up with a lovely slice of Plum cake. Restaurant and toilets all on ground floor and no steps. Only negative, maybe a bigger selection of cakes as it is a coffee shop. Will definitely go again."

"Visit here every week, chicken roll a must best i've tasted so far. Fish is lovely so are the kids meal fish. Staff are friendly most have been there for years. Always meet someone you know and have a catch up lol, friendly wee place...and prices are normal"
