"Received a WNY beer passport as a gift and figured we would stop in and check out Eli Fish Brewing. The place is beaming with history and has a fun vibe to it. From the old school tile work and furniture pieces, to Edison bulbs and some cool décor. You can also learn more about the lore of Eli Fish himself.They have a nice selection of brews. We sampled a few and settled on a couple favorites. We were not there to eat this time, but saw a lot of tasty plates pass by. We sat near the front window and caught some sports on the TV. The chairs were relaxing and the tables in this area, featured some game to play while killing time while relaxing, or as you are waiting to be seated (cribbage, shut the box, trivial pursuit etc. .Eli Fish was busy the Saturday night we were there but the place is large (deep and they do a nice job of handling traffic flow, with a substantial line never forming.Bonus. They have glasses (all types, styles sizes and other apparel for sale. Some cool stuff!"

"Service was excellent. I had the California Panini with the fruit and a chicken noodle soup. Everything was really delicious. We went about 1PM on a Monday so not busy at all, and were able to sit and chat for a while. Anyway, it'll be back."

"I actually had Long John Silver, which is no longer close to my house. It was excellent... The only thing that was a pain is that they give you 1 spork and when they're busy... and it deformed... You have to do the best you can."

"Overall, we probably won't be back. You can't tell the owner put a lot of time into making this place and it has a lot of potential to be great but really missed the mark with us. Staff was nice, but no uniforms, name tags, and no greeting. Nobody explained the menu and when we asked what our waitress recommended she couldn't answer. Food came out quickly but it was very obvious the grill needs cleaned. French toast was undercooked and the home fries were VERY oily. Biscuits and gravy were great. No syrup we had to go find it on another table, no seasoning on the omelette, and we didn't get refills. Giving staff from scripting on how to engage customers, cleaning the girl, cooking with salt and pepper, and following up on needs after food is delivered would change the entire experience."

"The food was excellent. Waitress was attentive. The fried ice cream was the best I ever had. The prices were reasonably priced.
