"Wow!!! Food is ! So good the beer was cold and crisp and so refreshing tried three different kinds. They were all just as good as the one before. The food though omg my legs are still shaking the schnitzel was seasoned perfectly and so tender! The mushroom gravy was next lever rich with a smooth creaminess to it. The spatzel was so fresh they make it in house and WOW! I couldn't stop eating it was so stuffed however I kept going back for more! Thanks for the great experience. The gm was very friendly has a thick European accent he was very fun to chat with."

"As a big fan of Boulder City, I am familiar with the improving dining trends in the city. There has been an uptick over the last decade. Interestingly enough, there are not any bad places to eat, for each place is adept with their cuisine of choice. The Dam Bistro offers a Porterhouse pork chop that recalls the flavors of autumn, and it is a menu standout. The room is quieter and less rowdy than other spots, which lends it to being a great date night spot."

"We landed the rv in vegas for the first time in this week! a school hour and a field trip was quickly brought to the hoover dam by boulder city. on the way through I noticed tempering jilly’z and it was on good wise. we drove to that and had some wonderful hours while I returned to this place on the way to home. it didn't disappoint! I can't talk to the food though I hope to try it, but the shakes and smoothies were!"

"Unfortunately this could have been a good experience but in a half empty restaurant on a weeknight, my husband and I were treated like an after thought right from the start. When seated, we were offered water, and assumed someone would be back to take our drink order not long after. Instead, another party was seated after us, where they took their drink order and served them before us. We had to track someone down to order drinks. Then we noticed every other table was being served bread without asking. We had to ask for bread as well. When my meal came out, it was under cooked to my preference. They did promptly take it back and replated it at the correct temperate. The food was very good, but the service was really poor, especially when it wasn’t a busy evening. For the value, we really felt we could have had better service elsewhere."

"Took my husband and our son here for Fathers Day. We were seated right away and got drinks very quickly. Our son is 18 months old and from the host to the server everyone was very accommodating with him. Food was awesome, hot, fast. We love Post!"
