"Tried San Frano's for the first time. The pinnacle of mediocrity. Not a handmade patty, frozen onion rings. They probably use the same supplier as Harvey's. Very disappointing. Camp 31 does a handmade burger with fries for 10.99 and it blows this out of the...water. Very nice staff though."

"Ordered and paid for the steak burger, and got a double burger. The quality difference between the burgers here is insane from their chicken and fish burgers are soggy and disgusting. I used to eat at here in the past, but the quality dropped to being utter garbage to the point i'd rather eat from the garbage. To make things worse i waited ten minutes for a small order and I was the only one in the drive through."

"We were recommended to go here, and wow they were right, its great! Halibut was fresh, batter crispy. Staff was super nice, even gave us a couple little pieces to try before we ordered. You can tell the batter is homemade, the fish hand fileted. We also ordered poutine jalapeños poppers, yum yum. Definitely recommend to any fish n chip lovers. Great first visit. Will be back for sure."

"The only thing Brantford's north end KFC lacks is sitting area. They have so much wasted space with that huge front lawn but no eating area. So delicious, friendly staff and spotlessly clean."

"Have suffrered through two ownership changes and the last shows how downhill a place can get. The cashier seemed very confused, they got our order wrong and we ended up waiting for 45 minutes for a takeout. Haddock was overcooked, dry and the batter burnt as well as the fries. Apparently everyone involved needs either further time to get better at what they are trying to do or lessons from someone who knows the business."

"This is mostly a takeout restaurant I would say but as far as their chicken is concerned it is the only take out chicken we purchase anymore! It is never greasy and always crisp! It is best to call ahead and order because it is always cooked fresh! Both ourselves and our son's family love this chicken!"
