"I wanted to order a 3 piece of bone at the chicken dinner. It is almost 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon, why did not cook the chicken. First, the cashier left me waiting for almost 5 minutes to see if they had chickens. She said they did it and I said, okay, I'll have the 3 pieces of bone in the chicken dinner. The cashier says I have to charge you an extra 75 cents because we only have 2 chests and one wing. I said why I'm being charged extra if I didn't ask, nor do I want two breasts. Why do I have to pay extra because you all have no chicken. She said well that our prices and it's not my fault we have no chicken I'm not the cook. She then repeats that I have to pay additionally 75 cents because they have only 2 chests and 1 wings. And I repeated myself and asked myself why I pay extra for something I wanted or wanted. Then the manager says that our prices and it will wait a 20 minutes for chicken. I said, okay, I'll wait for them to say, but our prices are what they are. I told her I understand the prices are what they are and I can read the menu. But what I don't understand is why you charge me extra for chicken I don't ask or want because you haven't cooked chicken and why wait until you cook out of chicken more. I decided to go because the cashier and the manager understood my point. If you offer a product, you should have it readily available and if you do not Your customer should not have to pay extra for bad management. And why did they cook only 2 chests and 1 wings on Saturday night at 5:30. I'm not back."

"Husband had been wanting to try this place so today we came in just before breakfast ends. They were so sweet to still provide us with breakfast it was deeeelicious! "I don't know who the old man behind the counter was, possibly the owner, but he was in a nasty mood. There is no way the food is even worth what you pay. That was our 1st visit there and it will definitely be the last. I would highly recommend going to the waffle house over Mr. Biscuit."

"Having been through countless drive-thru's in my many years of life, this was the first time, I kid you not, of being greeted then told to take my time and order when I was ready. I am sure that you, like myself, are used to being rushed to hurry up and order cough(chick fil ...among them).So kudos to you KFC!But what about the food you ask? The food was delicious! I ask you, if you haven't yet tried one of their chicken sandwiches, why not?? It was a huge boneless breast of chicken, hot and juicy with a few pickles and a dab of mayo. Sorry no pics, I was quite hungry and pictures were the furthest thing from my mind ?"
