"Fantastic service and delicious food. Our waitress was very cheery despite us coming in 30 minutes before close. After getting turned around a few times by the falls we thought we wouldn’t make it in time. Our waitress was still very kind and the service was outstanding. Drinks were fairly priced and the wings are too for the quality. All wings are expensive now but these ones are actually worth the price. They manage to keep the skin crispy even with the wings covered in sauce. Make sure you follow the heat chart and don’t accidentally get too hot wings. I prefer medium wings so I ordered the ones a step below medium. My dad who likes hot wings got the mediums. A man who I believe was one of the cooks/owner came by our table and asked how everything was, which was considerate. My dad used to frequent this spot in college so he was very happy to be get some wings while we were in the area. We will definitely be returning!"

"Visited this location a few times and there are 2 things that remain consistent. The strong smell coming from the deep fryer floods the air as you walk into the store, it 's absolutely horrible. Second thing is that the chicken has a bitter taste thatcomes from the oil not being replaced. The oil most likely gets cleaned over and over again but rarely gets fully replaced withnew oil AND you can taste it in the chicken. Additionally, all visits were shortly after opening and the floors felt greasy. Onthe positive side, staff was nice and the chicken was fresh but wasn 't enjoyable due to the bitter taste. I won 't be returning."

"Been going to Sal 's since college .. won 't mention when, but grunge was popular(! The address is correct, don 't be dissuaded as you drive down a normal residential street. Also don 't be alarmed at the sign outside telling you 'no bike colors allowed '. Once inside, sit down, order a 20oz PBR, double order medium, extra blue cheese, and fries with gravy. While waiting play a few games of keno, or check out the newly renovated men 's room (I 'm told the ladies have a great photo of Tiger Woods in their powder room . What 's to say about the wings, except best in Buffalo. I almost hesitate to post this as it 's a secret best not overrun (Duff 's or oversold (Anchor Bar or run out of business (Rooties . If you are from the area, its closest relative is Nine-Eleven Tavern on South Park and Bloomfield in South Buffalo (no relation to the terrorist attack, they were there first . The owners and staff of Sal 's are way more friendly though."

"I was looking for something new for lunch and my wife I stopped into Margie's... we were not disappointed!It's so unassuming from the outside but the bar area was very nice and the dining room, although maybe a little small, was very clean nice for a lunch spot.We were greeted with a smile from Mary, who was excellent by the way! We asked for some recommendations as it was our first time here even though we've lived not far for nearly 15yrs. She ran through some suggestions and we both decided on the Hot Roast Beef sandwich with fries (my wife a sm me the lg, both sandwich fries covered in gravy).I can honestly say that the roast beef might be the best I've ever had! No joke, the beef literally melted in your mouth it was so good! Portions were great. We split some Cajun fried pickles too... yum!Great experience and we will definitely be back! ?..... well, I went back yesterday with some friends and the food was amazing! Service was great. I encourage people to check it out! A few friends got the roast beef sandwich and I got the medium fish fry... YUM!"
