"This was an incredible journey. I really feel like I got to the heart of the dumpling here. Honestly though, the sui mai dumplings, I could have eaten two portions. They were so rich yet balanced and perfectly cooked. Everything we had was amazing including the wonderful service. Shout out to William. Also, I have had plenty of egg tarts, but seriously folks, these are some of the best I?ve ever had. Absolutely fresh and so creamy, the perfect end after a spicy/salty meal. It?s only been a few hours, and I?m already planning my next trip. I hear they?re opening a location in Midtown soon, so definitely keep an eye out for that. Worth the hype! Ya gotta go. ????"

"Eating is decent. The staff who judged me were kind and knew his job. I'd go back there, but probably eat there. My only complaint is they're packing. They do not have separate places for your food, so it ran all together (Mash n Gravy, Meat) and they put my Mac n cheese in a separate container n put it in the other to go containers right in the middle of all my food. When I came home, there were Maische n Gravy on the whole outside of my Mac n cheese container. Otherwise it's not a bad place to eat. Much better than fast food. Lol"

"We love Bert's! They seriously have the best and friendliest service. We went to 3 different restaurants this passed week, 2 of them pretty upscale, and neither of them had anywhere near the service we got at Bert's. We come with the whole family and the servers are always so patient and kind to the kids."

"Walked in, 2 children were waiting for a pickup order, 2 adult women were waiting for a pickup order and I was waiting to place an order. After 5-7 minutes of small talk with the adult women, I called out asking if someone was working the front counter. Eventually a young man appears, I would guess he is the manager, his shirt is different from everyone else. I said thechildren are waiting to pickup an oder, he ask the name looked at a screen and said 10-15 minutes. I said. I'd like to place anorder, he said 10-15 minutes. I said to place an order, he sarcastically said yes. Of course this makes zero sense. I simplywalked out. I understand the effects Covid has had on all industries and truly empathize with everyone who works with thepublic. However, your choices do not give you the right to be rude to your customers. If you're not happy in your currentposition, perhaps this is a great time to reflect and move on. In the meantime I would suggest that you close the insideservice and focus on the drive thru That way if some or all of your employees are having a bad day, the customer isn't exposedto the negative vibes. You just lost a long time loyal customer."

"We were the first diners of the day, the restaurant was prepping to have the busiest day of the year the following day. The decor was super cute 50s themed, they had little jukeboxes at the booths. The restrooms were clean and very well maintained. The menu was quite large and took a bit for me to go through. I decided on a California Style Eggs Benedict and I was not disappointed. I have tried many styles of Eggs Benedict and I would say this is one of my top 2 favorites. My husband had a scramble and his food tasted delicious as well. I'm also going to add in that the orange juice was the best orange juice I have ever had. I'm not sure if the juice was fresh squeezed or how it was done, or what brand but it was, but definitely the best I've had in 43 years of living. Waitress was attendant, friendly, and happy to answer my questions."
