"We ordered a large array of food, some of which were disappointing but a highlight was the steak burger with the lot. The steak was cooked through but surprisingly it was still tender. The Turkish bun played well into the flavour of the steak. It ended up exploding but doesn’t it always. The rest of the meals were average at best even though they exhibited exotic meats. From a boar stew, to an emu noodle dish, to the deep fried crocodile the food was unfortunately bland and forgettable. The boar was so tender but the frozen veggies and mash potatoes let it down. The emu was very tough, the noodles were tough and the sauce was canned. The crocodile was also very tough and needed a mango chutney instead of slices, and a proper coleslaw. Definitely needs improvement Edit: There are is no such thing as customer service, one waitress plus the owner who was not happy to be here. Needs improvement"

"Had a nice wrap here with a mild lamb curry and salad which consisted of lettuce tomato and cucumber and perhaps green capsicum. Was nice and mild like I asked but tasty enough to be enjoyed. lamb was tender and delicious and the wrap nice and soft and fresh. I was a little miffed when the menu said $8.50 but when ordered it was suddenly $10, perhaps change menus with a pen or when pointing it out to customers mention the price change right away. Was filling and enjoyable, could be tempted to try something else with these new owners. A further lunch deal menu would be a great option, just not enough to choose from at this stage but a nice alternative to the same old thing."

"Nice bakery. Just out out the way, but plenty of signs to show you where they are. Good range of both sweet and savoury baked goods. We bought a few for a lunch. Our favourites were their Strudel and Pasties"

"Coffee's were cold with no froth.asked extra hot for 1 but still luke warm.Had special at the front $8 coffee and cake but said they wernt doing it today even though the sign was at the front.The guy that put the coffees on the table spilt about half of them on the plate.vanilla slice was soggy. wont be back"

"After being told the fish n chips would be one hour and pizza half an hour, we walked round the bend to see this little gem. Bought take away home made dinners and drinks for a very reasonable price all ready to go. Sat on the foreshore overlooking the bay and watched waves crashing in the distance. The food was delicious plenty of real meat and veggies. Glad we found them. Apparently they make a yummy breakfast pie."

"Had a great meal there last night. One of the best steaks I've ever had and the fish and oysters were really good as well. Great staff and our baby girl had a nice high chair to sit in as well Highly recommend."

"OK selection of beers on tap, happy to see Pirate Life as a choice. Wine choices OK, food was pretty good. Happy with the steak burger, although I lost bun integrity half way through it was tasty and great value for money, lasagna special was great as was the grilled prawns with rice. They may be under staffed but they were all super friendly and provided great service."
