"Another spectacular meal at Alvin Friends. A beautiful atmosphere should be this Valentine's Day with live music on the piano, beautiful furniture, and even more beautiful company. The artwork is really something different and is nice to see on the walls. The staff is warm, welcoming and attentive. The food will blow you away, and in my time that comes here, it never missed to satisfy. If you want one of the best restaurants in New Rochelle, come to Alvin Friends!"

"I'm not much of a connoisseur but I must say that this was one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. I ordered the Irishman (even though I'm not Irish...not even close). That bacon, mushrooms, gravy and cheddar on top of that black angus was truly mouthwatering and extremely flavorful...and the bun, fuggedaboutit!!! I'll definitely be ordering from here again in the future. But for now, I think I need a forklift to pick me up from this chair because I am stuffed!"

"Third time here, found this pizzeria out of pure luck because it is nestled away on side street. So glad found! The Beet salad is just made to perfection, portion is good for 2, golden red beets original order has pistachios (if allergic be sure to emphasize towards end of order), the vinaigrette, pickled onions, ricotta all fresh well paired ingredients. First time trying the beef meatball pizza, crust has been same on every visit thin, definitely edible crust/ends. Normally order the Margherita which is just as delish! The pizza crust is thin, good portions of cheese to sauce/gravy ratio. Have tried the Zeppolis, which were not the hollow type I grew up with. More like the cake type, I understand is grandmas recipe and could be from different regions; therefore I gave you the 5 . Thanks for staying a few minutes past closing and still having a pleasant, quiet attitude, this means a lot to us specially when had a long day!"

"Food is good when you can find the truck. I’ve attempted 2-3x to go get food from the truck based on their scheduling posted weekly/daily on their Instagram and to my surprise the truck wasn’t there. No Instagram update stating that truck had either closed for the day or changed locations. It shouldn’t be difficult to provide the customer with an update."
