"Absolutely amazing! So grateful for this lovely place. The carvery is gorgeous, its rare to find somewhere that still puts care into their food, excellent quality! The atmosphere is lovely, with a real feel good light and airy vibe. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. Very pleased overall, will definitely be regulars here! Thank you so much!! :"

"Visited as we were staying in the area. Could not fault the food it was delicious. However, the welcome and service were terrible. We arrived, and the girl behind the bar told us our table number and said she would be over in a second to take our drinks order. This never happened, and it was a good 15 minutes before someone came to the table. There was a man behind the bar who we assumed was the manager. He didn't acknowledge or welcome us. The waiting staff looked scruffy and lacked any customer skills. The restaurant had zero atmosphere. Would not recommend. If the manager sees this review, you need to invest in staff training and maybe have a dress code for the staff."

"I would avoid being served by 'Kerry ' She has the worst attitude I have experienced! Not sure if she was in a bad mood or tired but the customers and staff were sure getting the rough end of it. Also over heard her speaking about how previous guests came in to eat and 'were all this and that ' 'making her run back and forth ' causing her to think it was okay 'to spit in their food and watch them eat it '! Will not come back or go in if she is there...then again I 'm wondering if I 'll go back again because that sort if behaviour rubs off on certain staff members is they think 1 has gotten away with such nastiness"

"Price is very reasonable, good portions and everything cooked wonderfully. Sauces seemed homemade, gravy pulled everything together. Traditional bread and butter pudding to finish was great."
