"The was a short wait due to big lunch crowd but got seated pretty quick. My biggest compliment was our wait person. Brittany was an absolute delight. She was running her tail off taking care of us and her tables. She was patient and polite. Very professional. She did her absolute best to satisfy everyone. With 4 or 5 tables all pulling her every which way, she did a great job. Brittany was a sweetheart and awesome people person. I got a sweet tea and the country fried chicken. It was fantastic. The mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans were perfectly seasoned and good and hot. Our refills were fast and she checked on us every time she walked by. It was my typical Cracker Barrel experience. Good portions, service and price. If you have a good meal, please leave a good tip so they can keep good workers."

"I recently visited a restaurant for a date, and the service truly stood out the waitstaff was attentive, polite, and made our evening enjoyable. However, our disappointment began when I ordered the spaghetti, a dish I had previously relished. To my dismay, the spaghetti I received was far from satisfactory. The noodles were mushy and undercooked, the sauce merely passable, and the overall taste left much to be desired. I decided to return it, hoping for a better replacement. Regrettably, the second serving of spaghetti was just as disappointing as the first. It appeared that no effort had been made to improve the dish. To compound matters, I noticed they had doubled the prices since my last visit. Though our waiter remained pleasant, my date and I were left disheartened as we had to depart for a dance event without having had a proper meal. What saddened us more was the realization that our favorite restaurant had lost its appeal. I used to adore this place for its combination of excellent food and reasonable prices, making it a dependable go to spot. However, this recent experience has left me feeling disheartened and dissatisfied. While I don't mind paying more for quality food and top notch service, the combination of subpar food and higher prices makes it hard to justify a return visit. "Hashbrowns were burnt to almost black. Was like trying to eat a blackened rice cake. biscuit egg sandwhich tasted good but was hard to pick up and keep together since the biscuit just fell apart everywhere quickly."

"I've only eaten twice in Boston Market and both times were at this point. On arrival there seems to be a tad expensive, but they give you SO MUCH FOOD so it is worth it. Delicious stuff and beautiful clean dining area. I also thought it was very sweet when one of the employees brought my father out of an additional side of potatoes on the house (without asking us) because she accidentally got a sauce on the original potatoes. We appreciated that. Come to this place from now on."
