I always have this every Deepavali festival, or any day when I crave for Indian cuisine.. the curry is rich and thick; fish head is huge and can savor it to the last bone at home. Here’s an advice from a seasoned customer: please plan for a longer waiting time during peak hours, and do not expect much from the service, just go for the food!!"

"Great selection of food! Price wise same in between coffee shop and seafood restaurant. Their salted egg items seem to be their best seller. If pork is not your thing the salted egg sotong was great as well! Would definitely come back again to try other dishes. For now seating is limited thanks to Covid so if you’re going during the peak meal times expect a wait"

"Came here for a casual, early dinner on our 4th anniversary as my wife and in laws were raving about this hidden gem nestled in River Valley. We ordered the chicken briyani, mee goreng mamak and satay. First the briyani oh boy, it was reminiscent of the typical Muslim wedding ones, fragrant and unpretentious (huge chicken rice portions! . Second, the mee goreng/kway teow goreng was messy but fried to perfection. Perfect amount of spice and high on that wok hey factor they didn't skimp on the vegetables and egg either. Saving the best for last is their satay, we ordered 10 initially (5 mutton, 5 chicken skewers they were well marinated and melt in your mouth tender. They were so good, we ordered an additional 10 pieces. The peanut gravy was pretty ordinary as with the accompanying complimentary cucumber/onion slices. The pandan teh deserves an honorable mention. I requested a less sweet version and they obliged, the teh was fragrant with caramel undertones due to the pandan leaves. All in all, I was pretty impressed with their renditions of the usual mamak stall fare. Prices are slightly on the higher side but still reasonably affordable probably due to the location and rent. They're not too crowded during the day time till early evenings but do expect to queue up 8pm onwards, as this seems to be a supper haunt for the people living in the vicinity. Halal certified establishment"

"Redi prata part is large and price is appropriate. I actually came for the nasi briyani, but it wasn't at this early hour. Apparently nasi briyani is only available after 930 clock. nevertheless was very satisfied with the breakfast meal."
