"For £5.50 well worth it, five veg all well cooked, a choice of meats. My only gripe is that the mash was a bit tasteless but still edible. Will certainly use it again, great value."

"Five for lunch. I 've never been in the Dubliners for lunch for no particular reason except I very rarely visit that part of town. The Dubliners is a rustic pub with a very clean and tidy appearance Good start . Food other people eating looked fresh and well presented keeping up the good start . So looking at the menu lots to choose from and as one of our friends has special dietary requirements due to religion has to be appropriate for all. And it was. So mixed bag of orders 2 new chicken sandwiches comes with chips and salad. Very tasty and salad extremely fresh very crispy. Friend had chicken soup, this I feel was the only down side to the meal quote was to thick and gloopy. Last to meals one cheese omlete with salad again very nice no complaints and last but not least steak pie with chips. Very well presented nice and fresh no complaints. Meals price range around 4.95 a meal and couldn 't fault it except the soup . If the soup had been spot on would have been close to a five star. Well worth a try."

"Excellent find. I’ve wanted to try here for sometime, so on an impromptu walk around Yarm, we decided to go for some lunch. It’s a lovely stroll up to a quant area with views over Yarm. Ice cold Guinness was spot on and the food was excellent. My partner had a special Mediterranean chicken, and I had the beef pie. Very cautious when getting pies due to the disappointment when it’s loaded with fatty meat or mushrooms. This pie was exactly what you cross your fingers for. Perfectly cooked big chunks of beef in a rich ale gravy. Fantastic. And the landlord was brilliant. Really glad we went. I will definitely return recommend, I hope they don’t leave (but that’s just me being selfish)"

"Can't write a review really. Arrived after 8pm little on offer thou' not near advertised closing time. On producing Scottish currency was advised that was not acceptable First time that has happened to me in years and have had my Scottish £s accepted all over England and Wales. My order was terminated."
