"Ti-Polo is a diner in the little town of Saint-Sébastien, near Henryville, just north of Lake Champlain in the in the Montérégie region of Quebec. It has long been a favorite stop on our drive up to Montreal. They serve the best poutine we have found anywhere. Poutine is a Québec dish of french fries and cheese curds smothered in gravy. I know, it sounds disgusting, but when made with good potatoes and the right cheese, and served hot, it is a great treat. Not for the weak of heart. A new limited-access highway means that Ti-Polo is no longer on the track to Montreal. But you only need to get off for a kilometer or two on Route 133. Don't be put off by the appearance of the wayside building. If you like french fries you'll find none better. And prices could not be lower. A local institution and a treat for visitors in the know."
